Since the start of mankind, history has repeated itself again and again. Wars bring about more wars, hatred and misunderstandings built over and over the ages. Hatred gets deeper, and more and more lives and families get disrupted. More people join this vicious cycle as more get killed, the hatred deepens. 700 years ago, the Holy War between the Christians and the Muslims planted the first seed of hatred. The Christians won that war. History was rewritten. Christians are the better half. Muslims were regarded as evil. It has always been that way. The victors rewrite history, the losers just have to bear the burning hatred. At the turn of the century, in the 1900s there were the 2 World Wars. Muslims viewed this as the West exerting its power and bullying them. More lives were lost. More families broken. Hatred deepens. 2000- Turn of the millenium, the beginning of what I shall call the *Oil* Age. The Middle East countries are filled with them. They are getting rich. And they have not forgotten the atrocities done to them a long time ago. 2 planes crashed into a certain tower at September 11th. The strongest nation declares war on the Middle Eastern countries, labels them as terrorists.
Another war has started. All it needs, is another match to light the whole barrel. Why am I saying this? Cause we always say learn from History. But man, being the forgetful creature, always forgets this.
It may be the age of individualism. But for the Middle Eastern countries, religion still dominates. In fact religion is so deepely rooted in some of us that we are mentally ready to go to any extend to protect it.
People are strange, They only protect things when it is being marglinilzed. ..
I shall end this post with this little writing.
Moonlight
Moon. The symbol of purity, Hangs so highly in the night sky. Shining upon us.
Slash, stab, slash.
A red hue covers it now. The ionic smell stinks the air. The stain seeping inside earth.
Shovel Shovel Shovel.
Thrown into a pit. Different parts entangled. Covered up.
It is only a matter of time that they be found again. But the lesson these people try to tell.. Will the discoverers, know?
