They are a timeless lot. The last memory they bear; The warm puncturing of their skins.
Pale and desperate. Empowered by an agent unknown. They too turned snow white. Fangs emerged.
A swish turned them into creatures of the night. They have withstood the trials of time. They alone witnessed the rise and fall of great civilizations. They are the true historians; they bear the weight of truth.
They carry too much on themselves. The discrimination from the common. The hatred of the kin of victims. Yet they continue to stand tall and proud.
I would not say that they are saints. But beneath that cold visage; Once lay a human guise. Now. Much of their thoughts still dwell on the lasting kiss. Kiss of immortality. Exchanged for the sufferings of eternity.
They stand proud in the moonlight. They are at one with the night. They have seen what we could only dream of. Their experience far outstrips us.
Who are we to judge them?
The noblest of the noble. The last gentlemen and ladies. In their cloaks; dresses. They wave at us from afar. Like the many centuries before. Looking on. Forever.

In the darkness of the night, SomethingĀ appeared around me, Glowing mystically.
Curiousity killed the cat. Touching one of the ethicing motifs. A suction around the navel.
I was transported to a world never seen before. A world where it was mine alone to control and wield. To call it mine own.
I uttered a word of ancient descent. Flames lept to my command. A swipe of my hand brought water to its heels. A flick of my fingers brought the wind to my command.
With a piece of white chalk, I drew the rudimentary magic circle. Chanting words I did not know.
Chunks of rock exploded violently upwards; forming the rudimentary mountain ranges. Water erupted as geysers from the land; waterfalls drap themselves on the barren ranges. The grass grew, trees sprouted. Flowers blossomed. Animals of strange and wonderous features appeared.
Yes. This was my world. Truely.
A startling annoyance! I tried to find the source. Groping around aimlessly. I tried. The wind couldn't do anything. The fire wouldn't burn. The water couldn't flow.
Curses!
That all familiar suction. And I cried to be back in that world.

I stare into this multitude of mirrors. Each one of them staring back at me. Faces as blank as the one that is looking into them.
I wink an eye. They all wink back. I jump. They jump. It is hard to see the differences they bear.
I bellow. And they all open their mouths, Following me noiselessly. The ground around me spins and spins. I am lost in this multitude of myself.
Which is the real me. Am I not an image projected by someone? How do I know? Why do I exist? What is life?
I take a stone and throw at the mirrors, Hoping to break down this maze, And find the tunnel of light awaiting for me.
Bing Bang Bing Repeatedly over and over again. I smash the mirrors. The stone is useless; it is too slow. I bash the mirrors with my fists.
Yet behind the wall lies another wall. Wall after wall. My fists are bloodstained. And yet I continue.
I collapase. Breathing heavily. I curse. I swear.
The thousands of me follow my movement. Every one of them.
I desperately try to find one that does not repeat. Even if it means I am an image, I do not care. I just want to be sure. I look around desperately.
WHERE? WHERE? WHERE?!
Every angle I see the same movement. It seems obvious now. What I should do.
Grabbing a piece of the broken glass. I shove it into my throat. As the warm fluid bubbled out of the hole. Like a beautious fountain. I vaguely see a figure walking away.
With my fading eyesight I try to focus. Same jeans, same pants. Same walk, same build. It was me!
I wanted desperately to call to it. A feeble croak. Hoping he will hear.
He seems to run faster now. Further and further from me. The red fluid dyes my white shirt red. I reach out desperately.
As I realize it was the last Me. Running away.
